Hariz spent 10+ years in direct sales — roadshows, door-to-door B2B, CRM and finance products — and built three businesses of his own along the way. Every one hit the same wall: hot leads going cold while the team was mid-call. He saw it wasn't about hiring more people, it was structural. In 2026 he co-founded Trelinx to fix it.

Mahmoud Othman
Mahmoud is the CTO and architect of Trelinx. He built the voice AI, WhatsApp engine, multi-tenant routing layer, and the real-time Command Centre that operators use to run their front door. His work sits at the intersection of real-time systems and applied AI. Previously he co-built K8Studio at CloudOps, a Kubernetes IDE used by infrastructure teams worldwide. He joined Trelinx because production-grade voice AI is still rare. Most of what exists is a demo, not a system Singapore SMEs can run their front door on.
